I would like to welcome you to The Fox Hill Inn. My name is Alan Rosenberger and I have been the Executive Chef here for nearly 20 years. I have also been in the food service business for almost 30 years and the bottom line is, I LOVE TO COOK.

I am a graduate of the award winning Culinary Institute of America and also carry a degree in Business.
